The new building reflects QBP values and FABCON’s dedication to sustainable building techniques by using recycled materials, and providing showers, lockers and storage areas for workers who commute to work by bicycle.

The wholesaler says it will be moving into its brand-new Lancaster County distribution facility at Lime Spring Farm over the holiday. The new Q-East was built in under 12 months, Quality Bicycle Products said. “This will greatly expand our ability to serve independent specialty retailers on the Eastern seaboard.”
While concrete in general is a very sustainable product, FABCON’s technology uses higher recycled content that further increases energy efficiency.
