MINNEAPOLIS – FABCON is excited to welcome Justin Dumond to the company as a Training Specialist. Justin will be based out of FABCON’s Minnesota office, but will travel to a variety of locations in order to help facilitate training and other various projects.
Justin joins FABCON after spending the last four years in Ohio working as a training consultant. Justin obtained his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University-Mankato, and is excited to move back to Minnesota.
When Justin isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, family and friends, discovering fun shows on Netflix and and experiencing everything his neighborhood of Northeast Minneapolis has to offer.
