MINNEAPOLIS – FABCON is pleased to announce three promotions within the company’s project management division.
John Lyback has been promoted to Manager of Project Management. John first started his career at FABCON more than 10 years ago as a Field Coordinator, and later transitioned into his current role of Project Manager. John will be responsible for overseeing project managers at the company’s Pennsylvania office, while also providing support for the Ohio team.
John’s leadership skills have been highly evident during his time at FABCON, and they will serve him well in his new role. He has been instrumental in improving the company’s bottom line performance.
Al Khwice will move into the role of Manager of Project Management for FABCON’s Minnesota and Kansas teams, while also providing support for the Ohio office. Prior to his new role, Al was the Manager of Project Management for the company’s Pennsylvania and Ohio locations.
Al has been instrumental in improving the company’s efficiency and financial performance during his almost 2 years working with the Pennsylvania and Ohio teams, awarding those organizations with the best field job costs results they’ve ever experienced.
Kathy Phenow will be transitioning from her current role as a Manager of Project Management, to her new position of Process Improvement Analyst for the company’s Minnesota and Kansas locations.
In her new role, Kathy will identify, support and facilitate strategic and lean process improvement, pre-planning and training focused on improving efficiencies, and improving results in processes. Kathy’s construction expertise at driving bottom line improvements will be invaluable in her new role.
