FABCON’s relationship with Scannell Properties continues to flourish throughout the United States as the company recently completed construction of two new buildings in Twinsburg, Ohio. Meridian Design Build was responsible for construction, while FABCON provided the panels for both developments.
This new construction includes a 303,888-square-foot build-to-suit property featuring 224,159 sq. ft. of FABCON’s 8” VersaCore+Green™ panels with a natural gray steel form finish with horizontal cast in reveals. Likewise, the 207,360-square-foot speculative industrial building was built using 90,918 sq. ft. of 8” VersaCore+Green™ panels in a natural gray steel form finish with cast-in reveals. Both projects have an R-Value rating of 12.
These facilities are located on 59 acres of land within the Cornerstone Business Park. The build-to-suit project features 99 loading docks, 236 interior van loading position, 509 exterior trailer stalls and 15,434 square feet of office/administrative space. Additionally, the multi-tenant speculative building includes 171 auto parking stalls, five tenant entrances and 26 loading docks.
