FABCON is pleased to announce that Kelly Kroening has been named Continuous Improvement Leader at the company’s Minnesota headquarters. Prior to this assignment, Kelly filled the Human Resources Coordinator role occupied by Sonya Griffin, who is on military leave from FABCON until the end of September. She will spend the next few weeks transitioning into her new full-time role.
Kelly graduated from St. Catherine University last year and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development with an emphasis on Training and Organizational Development at the University of Minnesota. We look forward to her continued contributions at FABCON as the Continuous Improvement Leader.
