FABCON is pleased to announce the following staff additions and promotions that took place in December:

Abby School – Field Coordinator (MN)
FABCON is excited to announce that Toby Sexton has been promoted to the position of Production Manager at our Savage, MN plant. Toby joined Fabcon in August 2017 as a Production Supervisor. He studied Architectural Engineering and Design at the ITT Technical Institute and has furthered his education by obtaining additional certifications in OSHA Compliance, ISO Internal Audit and becoming a Lean Practitioner.
Jenny Katz has been promoted to an Assistant Sales Engineer. Jenny joined the company in 2013 as a Team Assistant. She enjoys traveling, sharpening her culinary skills and listening to Latin Jazz. However, her favorite pastime is spending time with family, laughing and making new memories.
Rachel Link has been promoted to a Team Assistant. Rachel graduated from Ohio University and joined Fabcon in 2014 as a Production Assistant. She enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, coffee, long walks through the aisles of Target, and playing with her 4-month-old son Bentley. She loves the family culture at Fabcon and the willingness that everyone has to work as a team.
FABCON welcomes Tom DeRoja to the team as a Manufacturing Engineer. Tom is a 4th-degree HapKido and has taught this art to more than 400 students in Virginia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley Ultra.
We also welcome Donna Michels to the Fabcon Supply Chain team as a Purchasing Assistant. She has been a long-time temp employee for Fabcon, providing purchasing support to the organization. Donna graduated from Southwest State University with a degree in Business Administration and has extensive career experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing roles with a number of medical device, food and nutrition companies. Donna and her husband, Les, enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time at their cabin. She also enjoys watching their 16-month-old granddaughter grow up.
Abby School also joins FABCON as a Field Coordinator. Abby has been interning at FABCON for the past two summers, working with both the field and project management teams. She graduated in December 2017 with a degree in Construction Management from University of Wisconsin – Stout.
