FABCON is pleased to announce the following staff additions and promotions that took place in January:

John Hansen – Team Assistant (MN)
Susan Bussaglia – Team Assistant (MN)
Enid Cangiano – HR/Plant Assistant (OH)
FABCON is excited to announce that both Tate Smith and Karen Sinatra have been promoted to the position of Senior Drafter. Both Tate and Karen have been with Fabcon’s Engineering Department since 2015 as drafters in Pennsylvania.
FABCON welcomes Joel Staats as the new Director of Quality Systems. Joel received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Business Management with an emphasis in Operations Management. He comes to Fabcon with over twenty years of industry experience, having held numerous positions such as Director of Quality, Director of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security, Director of Operations, Plant Manager and Quality Control Manager. Joel is a lover of the outdoors and often spends his free time fishing and camping.
We also welcome Alfred Robbins as the new Production Supervisor for our Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania plant. For the past 25 years, Alfred worked at Goulds Pumps as a machinist, among many other positions throughout the years. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, a fan of all Philadelphia sports teams and loves to spend time with his family and coach football in his free time.
Joining us as a Team Assistant in Minnesota is John Hansen. John is a part-time student at St. Thomas University, studying financial management. For the past five years, he has worked in third-party logistics doing customer service and route management. In his free time, you can find John rooting for Minnesota sports teams, playing with his Manchester terrier, Morty, or spending time outdoors.
Susan Bussaglia also joins Fabcon as a Team Assistant in Savage, MN. Susan studied Architecture at Cornell University and has a background in custom cabinetry and countertop surfaces. Her previous positions included working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, and a Sales Assistant. Susan enjoys a good book, fishing, gardening and spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers.
Enid Cangiano joins our Grove City, Ohio team as an HR/Plant Assistant. Enid is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business. In her free time she enjoys reading, going out to dinner or just being at home watching movies and playing Xbox games/board games with her husband and their five children.
