Field Saw Crew Laborer MN (6.3.13)

Essential Duties:

  • Completes general construction labor tasks necessary to cut openings in precast concrete panels
  • Takes work direction from saw crew foreman
  • May perform work of a miscellaneous nature as directed by foreman
  • Uses materials/supplies in an efficient manner
  • Handles equipment in responsible manner
  • Follows established safety procedures and policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of construction practices
  • Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Ability to work from ladders and aerial work platforms
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work extensive overtime when required
  • Adapts readily to change
  • Commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, first time quality, efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is desired
  • Experience as a saw crew laborer

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
