- Develop Visual Standard work for the production. Follow through until reviewed, approved and released
- Data collection for problem solving and new process development.
- Analyze technical problems related to the development of new or existing products or processes and recommend solutions
- Test and evaluate products, or processes and implement changes to improve performance and reliability
- Work with cross-functional team members, providing engineering support to resolve technical problems
- Participate in Lean related activities
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline at an accredited college or university
- Must have one year experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Attentive to detail and quality oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate leadership skills, integrity, and willingness to interact as a team player, and take independent initiative
- Completed college sophomore level
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down while on moving equipment
- Plant environment
- Both inside and outside exposure
